ELITESINGLES is apparently valued for its high quality matching feature. We wanted to see this for ourselves and signed into the NZ edition of ELITESINGLES to search the perfect female match. Not only did we decide to test the algorithm, but also assess the other dating site's features in order to see whether or not ELITESINGLES is worth the dollars.

2. ELITSINGLES practical test

Psychological traits are used by ELITESINGLES for matching elite singles. This is why the process for registration is a little more consistent than other typical dating platforms.

This test could be performed in 20 minutes. Various questions are displayed - about 280 - to be mostly answered with a 1 to 7 rating scale ("Doesn't apply to all", "completely applicable")

Upon completion of these questions, you will be invited to upload a profile picture to get you started with the ELITESINGLES experience. On day 1 we connected with 10 different women, out of which 3 replied within the following 24 hours. We sustained an interesting conversation with one of these ladies, and a date was finally scheduled after 2 weeks.

Other dates came along in the next weeks. Expecting perfection from all matches would be too much.  Here are some details of our experience: Out of 10 girls you meet, 3 of them will stand out from the rest. One of ELITESINGLE'S most useful features consists of ID authentication.  Other dating sites would probably be wise to use this feature too. A verified user icon can be added next to your profile. All you need do is send a high quality photo of both the front and back of your valid ID to the ELITESINGLES customer service. This will ensure that other users trust your verified profile and know for sure that you're a real user. Being a verified user greatly increases your chances of getting contacted.

We chose to contact verified women only during our ELITESINGLES test. Bare in mind that whenever you see a verified profile, you can be sure that the user's age and name are not fake!

With regards to the customer care team: The only improvement we would suggest is the fact that customer services can only be contacted through an e-mail form. There is no available phone number, which could enable users to obtain fast, direct feedback. Nonetheless, we were glad to receive a rapid response when we completed and submitted an e-mail template. We never got a reply that exceeded 24 hours from the attentive customer care team.
