I have registered with eHarmony Kaiapoi only because my colleagues pushed me to do. I was without a partner for more than four years at that time. I have met 5 girls from eHarmony in Kaiapoi and to my surprise I have found my dream partner. And what a surprise, it's my current girlfriend now. Obviously I like eHarmony very much, but I was a bit pissed when I wanted to cancel my subscription. I have discussed it with the customer care agent and they first tried to sell me a new paid membership which was slightly more expensive than the original one. The cancellation policy is awful. You can't cancel the service on the internet and even worse you need to pay until the end of the membership even though you have found a partner. At least it seems I have met my perfect match.

I think eHarmony is not worth registering. I have regisgtered with eHarmony Kaiapoi some time ago and my experience was not satisfactory. Matchmaking is eharmonys main strength and this is not the best. Unfortunately I haven't found my soulmate. Generally speaking my eHarmony experience was a catastrophy. I have signed up for a six month membership and after two month I have had the impression to receive the same matches again and again. Many eharmony members in my area didn't have a picture. This is not an experience I want to pay for. Please notice that the eHarmony contract will auto-renew if not cancelled. Unfortunately I have had some issues when trying to terminate my account and the paid membership renewed automatically. They definitely make it complicated to cancel your membership.
