I have signed up on eHarmony Hawera only because my colleagues pushed me to do. I was living alone for more than 5 years at that time. I have dated 8 girls from eHarmony in Hawera and to my surprise I have found my dream girl. And you wonder what happend then: she became my current girlfriend. Clearly I like eHarmony very much, but I was upset when I called them to cancel the service. I have discussed it with the customer care agent and they first wanted to sell me a new subscription which was more expensive than the previous one. The cancellation process is terrible. You can't cancel the service on the internet and even worse you need to pay until the end of the membership even though you have found someone. At least it seems I have found my a lady I love.

I think eHarmony is not worth signing up. I have regisgtered with eHarmony Hawera several weeks ago and my experience was not good. Matchmaking is eharmonys main product feature and this is poor. Unfortunately I haven't found my perfect lady. Generally speaking my eHarmony experience was a catastrophy. I have purchased a three month membership and after four month I have had the impression to receive the same matches all the time. Many singles in my city didn't have a profile picture. This is not a service I'm willing to pay for. Please be aware that the eHarmony contract will automatically renew if not terminated. Unfortunately I have had some issues when trying to terminate my account and the membership was automatically extended. They definitely make it difficult to terminate your subscription.
