Tokoroa
I have signed up on eHarmony Tokoroa only because my friends persuaded me to do. I was without a partner for more than four years at that time. I have dated six girls from eHarmony in Tokoroa and to my surprise I have found my dream partner. And you wonder what happend then: she's my current girlfriend. Obviously I like eHarmony very much, but I was a bit pissed when I informed them to cancel my subscription. I have talked to the customer care agent and they first tried to sell me another paid membership which was a bit more expensive than the previous one. The cancellation procedure is horrible. You can't cancel the service online and even worse you need to pay until the end of the membership even though you have found a partner. At least it seems I have met my a lady I love.
Tokoroa
In my opinion eHarmony is useless. I have regisgtered with eHarmony Tokoroa some time ago and my response rate was not good. The heart of the product, its matchmaking, is not working. In fact I haven't found an ideal partner here. My own experience with eHarmony has been disappointing. I have signed up for a 12 month membership and after four month I have had the feeling to get duplicate introductions again and again. Many of the people in my area didn't have a profile picture. This is not a service I want to pay for. Please notice that the eHarmony subscription will automatically renew if not terminated. Unfortunately I failed when trying to cancel my account and the subscription was automatically extended. They definitely make it not easy to cancel your subscription.
