I have registered with eHarmony New Plymouth only because my friends convinced me to do. I was single for around five years at that time. I have dated 8 girls from eHarmony in New Plymouth and to my surprise I have found my dream partner. And what a surprise, it's my current girlfriend now. Clearly I like eHarmony very much, but I was upset when I informed them to cancel my subscription. I have talked to the customer care rep and they first tried to sell me a new paid membership which was a bit more expensive than the previous one. The cancellation procedure is horrible. You can't terminate the subscription on the internet and even worse you need to pay until the end of the membership even though you have found a partner. At least it seems I have found my soul mate.

I live separated from my husband and have decided to give eHarmony one more go. I'am aware that there are cheaper dating services but my viewpoint is that finding a perfect partner is worth it. I have met my dream guy after eight month and now we really want to marry again. I have seen that many singles complain about matches, but in my case I did't have any problems with the introductions made by eharmony. Beyond of my future husband I have met many great individuals and with a few of them I have become friends. Don't understand me the wrong way, I have had some bad dates as well. eHarmony is not the place where some magic happens. But it is definitely a good place to start.
