Tauranga
I have signed up on eHarmony Tauranga only because my colleagues persuaded me to do. I was living alone for around 4 years at that time. I have met six girls from eHarmony in Tauranga and to my surprise I have found my dream girl. And you wonder what happend then: she's my current girlfriend. Clearly I like eHarmony very much, but I was upset when I informed them to cancel the service. I have discussed it with the customer care agent and they first wanted to sell me another paid membership which was a bit more expensive than the previous one. The cancellation procedure is terrible. You can't cancel the service on the internet and even worse you need to pay until the end of the membership even though you have found a women. But luckily I am really blessed that I have met someone I love.

I personally didn't like eHarmony. I have signed up on eHarmony Tauranga several weeks ago and my experience was very poor. The heart of the product, its matchmaking, is not working. Unfortunately I haven't found my perfect lady. My own experience with eHarmony has been disappointing. I have signed up for a three month subscription and after two month I have had the impression to get duplicate introductions all the time. Many eharmony members in my city didn't have a profile picture. This is not an experience I want to pay for. Please be aware that the eHarmony membership will auto-renew if not terminated. Unfortunately I did something wrong when trying to cancel my account and the subscription was automatically extended. They obviously make it difficult to terminate your paid membership.
