I have signed up on eHarmony Dunedin only because my colleagues convinced me to do. I was solo for more than three years at that time. I have met 5 girls from eHarmony in Dunedin and to my surprise I have found my dream girl. And you wonder what happend then: she's my current girlfriend. Clearly I like eHarmony very much, but I was a bit pissed when I called them to cancel the service. I have talked to the customer care agent and they first tried to sell me a new subscription which was a bit more expensive than the previous one. The cancellation procedure is horrible. You can't terminate the service online and even worse you need to pay until the end of the membership even though you have found someone. But what counts is that I have found my a lady I love.

Seriously I think eHarmony is crap. I have signed up on eHarmony Dunedin several weeks ago and my experience was not good. The heart of the product, its matchmaking, is not the best. In fact I haven't found an ideal partner here. Generally speaking my eHarmony experience was a catastrophy. I have decided for a three month subscription and after 2 month I have had the impression that the matches were repeating all the time. Many eharmony members in my area didn't have a profile picture. This is not an experience I want to pay for. Please also notice that the eHarmony membership will auto-renew if not terminated. Unfortunately I did something wrong when trying to cancel my account and the paid membership renewed automatically. They definitely make it difficult to cancel your paid membership.
