From my experience with eHarmony in Richmond I can conclude that it's a reliable site if you're keen about finding the right one. Finding the right one usually takes time, so you should show patience. After a while I met my future husband and we are really happy. eHarmony has a good reputation when it comes to find love. I'm not really sure how beneficial the compatibility test is when registering on eHarmony. I also know couples who met through eHarmony without having a high score according to the personality profile. The psychological compatibility might be a good indicator, but you shoudn't overvalue it. Beyond of that I would have preferred to receive more introductions from my city. Instead of that I have gotten many introductions to single men from other areas.

In my opinion eHarmony is useless. I have signed up on eHarmony Richmond several weeks ago and my experience was not good. Also the matchmaking seems to be poor. Unfortunately I haven't found my perfect lady. Generally speaking my eHarmony experience was a catastrophy. I have purchased a 3 month membership and after 2 month I have had the feeling to receive the same matches all the time. Many singles in my city didn't have a picture. This is not an experience I'm willing to pay for. Please also notice that the eHarmony membership will auto-renew if not cancelled. Unfortunately I have had some issues when trying to cancel my account and the membership was automatically extended. They obviously make it not easy to cancel your paid membership.
