I have signed up on eHarmony Nelson only because my colleagues convinced me to do. I was without a partner for more than three years at that time. I have dated nine girls from eHarmony in Nelson and to my surprise I have found the ideal match. And you wonder what happend then: she became my current girlfriend. Clearly I like eHarmony very much, but I was angry when I informed them to cancel my subscription. I have discussed it with the customer care agent and they first wanted to sell me another paid membership which was a bit more expensive than the original one. The cancellation procedure is awful. You can't cancel the service online and even worse you need to pay the rest of your subscription even though you have found a women. But what counts is that I have met my perfect match.

I personally didn't like eHarmony. I have regisgtered with eHarmony Nelson some time ago and my response rate was not convincing. Matchmaking is eharmonys main product feature and this is poor. Unfortunately I haven't found my soulmate. My personal experience with eHarmony has been disappointing. I have signed up for a 6 month membership and after 4 month I have had the feeling to get duplicate introductions all the time. Many singles in my city didn't have a picture. This is not an experience I'm willing to pay for. Please be aware that the eHarmony membership will auto-renew if not terminated. Unfortunately I did something wrong when trying to cancel my account and the membership was automatically extended. They obviously make it difficult to terminate your paid membership.
